    Several systems.
    One process that works.

We make sure information gets where it needs to go and that repetitive steps run according to your company's rules. For example: a change to an order updates the records and notifies the right person.

    Rules & branches

Different processes by client, product, value, department or the status of a request.

    3 components to explore together

This is a starting point. We can add other components, integrations and specific rules.

    In short

Superior Solutions delivers automation and integrations for companies in Romania, with or without AI: we connect CRM, invoicing, e-Factura, ERP, email, forms and reports, so information flows without manual copying. We define the rules for each step and how errors and duplicates are handled, then deliver the flow with a log, alerts and documentation, tested on your real data.

    Who it's for
Companies where the same data is entered into several programs, requests get lost between email and Excel, or reports are built by hand at the end of every month.
    What's included
Requests reach the team · Connected systems · Reports prepared automatically · AI-assisted steps
    How we start
We choose a single repetitive flow, check access to the data and define the expected result.

    First, in plain words

    What we can do
    in your business.

We make sure information gets where it needs to go and that repetitive steps run according to your company's rules. For example: a change to an order updates the records and notifies the right person.

    Integration

A link through which two programs exchange information without you copying it.

    Branch

A different route depending on the situation: for example, a large order needs two approvals.

How we look at the project

A good automation must also work when a request arrives twice, a field is missing or an application is unavailable. We design the complete flow: trigger, check, transfer, confirmation and recovery after an error.

01 / Applications in your business

    Do these situations sound familiar?
    See what we can change.

The examples below show how we think about a solution. We can combine several directions or build a different process, with your business rules, exceptions and integrations.

How we can help / From request to quote

    From today's situation,
    towards a better process.

We unify the inputs, identify the contact, check whether the request already exists and assign the owner by service, area or client type. The team receives the context it needs and an internal follow-up deadline.

    Implementation details

If the message is free text, AI can suggest the category and extract the details. Explicit rules decide what is recorded automatically and what needs clarification. The confirmation to the client doesn't promise an unverified price or availability.

    What changes for you

Each request has an identifier, an owner and a status. We measure unanswered requests, pick-up time and manual corrections.

    Let's talk about your situation

Different situation or a more complex process? We can combine these directions and build around your business rules.

    02 / The project decision

    The right solution starts
    with choosing the approach.

    01

    Rules and integrations

    When it makes sense

Structured data and known steps, repeated under the same conditions.

    What we take into account

Predictable behaviour. The rules must be updated when the process changes.

    02

    Automation with AI

    When it makes sense

Emails or documents that must be interpreted before routing.

    What we take into account

Covers varied inputs; needs evaluation and a path for uncertain results.

    03

    Custom integration

    When it makes sense

Volume, complex rules or systems not covered by standard connectors.

    What we take into account

More control; requires dedicated development and maintenance.

03 / From demo to daily use

    What we check
    before delivery.

    01

    No duplicates on retry

We test resending the same request and updating records that were already processed.

    02

    Recovery after an error

We simulate a system being unavailable and check the retry, the alerts and manual intervention.

    03

    Correct data at the destination

We compare fields, totals and states between source and destination on representative cases.

    The investment

    What drives the budget.
    How we assess the value.

We estimate the value from volume × the actual working time per case, then subtract the remaining checks and administration. We keep time saved separate from fewer errors and extra capacity, without counting them twice.

    • Volume and sync frequency
    • Commercial rules and exceptions

Deliverables to define in the proposal

    • Flow map and transfer rules
    • Agreed and tested integrations
    • Handling errors and duplicates
    • Log, alerts and documentation

    To prepare together

    • The applications and versions in use
    • A clear repetitive process
    • API access or exports to evaluate

    04 / Follow the steps

    Look closer at the mechanism.
    Explore an illustrative scenario.

These sequences deliberately simplify part of the process. In your project we can include more systems, branches, approval levels and exceptions. The examples are not packages or the limit of the service.

    Illustrative scenario

No request left between the form and the CRM.

TodayA colleague copies the message, creates the contact and looks for someone to send it to.

With the right solutionThe request is recorded and assigned according to the team's rules.

    Step 1 of 3

The form sends the information and a request identifier.

And when the situation isn't standard?

If the CRM doesn't respond, the request is queued. Retries and alerts are designed to avoid duplicates.

    Before a decision

    Good questions.
    A better-defined project.

Guides to compare options, prepare the information and understand what affects implementation.

    Questions before the project

    Details worth
    clarifying.

Do I have to change my programs?

We can often keep the existing tools. We check the APIs, exports and limitations before confirming the integration.

What do you do if a system doesn't respond?

We define retries, logging and alerting. The exact behaviour depends on the connected systems and the nature of the data.

How do we measure the time saved?

We compare the duration and volume observed before and after, including the time spent on checks and maintenance. We don't use a standard saving promised to everyone.

Can you integrate existing CRM, ERP and invoicing software?

We assess each system's APIs, exports, permissions, limits and versions. We establish which program is the right source for client, order, stock and invoice. An integration's feasibility is confirmed after checking access; we don't assume every product allows every operation.

Do you also automate processes with exceptions, approvals and several companies?

Yes, these can be part of the project. We model separately the rules per company or location, approvals, partial operations and cases that need intervention. We provide duplicate detection, retrying operations and error tracking, once we understand the systems and the impact of the data.

    Let's discuss your case

    Where do
    we start?

Show us a repetitive process, the applications involved and a few anonymised examples. We identify what can be automated, what stays with the team and which dependencies need checking.
