Superior Solutions / Software development

    Your business has its particularities.
Software can take them into account.

We build tools that follow the way you work: for colleagues, clients or partners. It can be a new application or an extension of the programs you already use.

    One piece of the solution

    Web, mobile, desktop

We choose platforms based on the context of use, the devices and the need to work offline.

    3 components to explore together

This is a starting point. We can add other components, integrations and specific rules.

    In short

Superior Solutions develops custom software for companies in Romania: internal applications for the team, client portals, SaaS products, back ends and APIs. We start from a real process, validate a prototype of the main flow, deliver in stages with defined roles and access, then prepare the integrations, data migration, testing, documentation and training.

    Who it's for
Companies that work in several disconnected programs, have processes that standard software doesn't cover, or want to launch their own digital product.
    What's included
Applications for the team · Client portals · Software products & SaaS · Back end, API & modernisation
    How we start
We choose a task that one user can complete end to end in the first version.

    First, in plain words

    What we can do
    in your business.

We build tools that follow the way you work: for colleagues, clients or partners. It can be a new application or an extension of the programs you already use.

    Portal

A space where a client or colleague logs in and sees their own information and actions.

    Migration

Moving data from the old system, with checks so the useful information arrives correctly.

How we look at the project

A software project succeeds when people can take an important process all the way through. We start with the roles, the data and the business rules; screens and technologies are there to support them.

01 / Applications in your business

    Do these situations sound familiar?
    See what we can change.

The examples below show how we think about a solution. We can combine several directions or build a different process, with your business rules, exceptions and integrations.

Choose a situation to see the solution and the result we aim for.

How we can help / Operations in a single system

    From today's situation,
    towards a better process.

We model the request, planning, execution, review and close-out. Each role sees the actions and information it needs, and the documents stay linked to the same record.

    Implementation details

We define what can be changed after approval, who can cancel and how we keep the history. For field teams we assess photos, notifications and working offline, if the use case requires it.

    What changes for you

A process tracked end to end. We measure how long each stage takes, blocked jobs and the time spent finding out the status.

    Let's talk about your situation

Different situation or a more complex process? We can combine these directions and build around your business rules.

    02 / The project decision

    The right solution starts
    with choosing the approach.

    01

    We configure an existing product

    When it makes sense

The process is standard and a mature solution covers the important requirements.

    What we take into account

Faster start; you accept the supplier's limits, licences and conditions.

    02

We extend what you already have

    When it makes sense

The current system is useful, but a portal, a module or an integration is missing.

    What we take into account

You keep your investment; the system's architecture and access impose limits.

    03

    We develop to order

    When it makes sense

The rules and the experience are specific to the business or are your product.

    What we take into account

Control over evolution; the budget includes development, operation and maintenance.

03 / From demo to daily use

    What we check
    before delivery.

    01

    The complete process, exceptions included

We test cancellation, rejection, missing data and later changes.

    02

The right access for each role

We check the separation of users and organisations at the data level, not just on screens.

    03

    Ready for operation

We agree load testing, data recovery, training and responsibilities after launch.

    The investment

    What drives the budget.
    How we assess the value.

We assess the total cost of ownership and what's worth building, integrating or buying. We separate the first version from later developments, with acceptance criteria for each stage.

    • Roles and the complexity of the rules
    • Web, mobile, desktop and offline
    • Integrations and data migration
    • Availability, support and evolution

Deliverables to define in the proposal

    • Prototype of the main flow
    • Application with defined roles and access
    • Agreed integrations and migration
    • Testing, documentation and training

    To prepare together

    • A process and its users
    • Examples of data and documents
    • Technical access to the relevant systems

    04 / Follow the steps

    Look closer at the mechanism.
    Explore an illustrative scenario.

These sequences deliberately simplify part of the process. In your project we can include more systems, branches, approval levels and exceptions. The examples are not packages or the limit of the service.

    Illustrative scenario

One job. The whole team, in the same context.

TodayThe request is in an email, the diagnosis on a phone and the estimate in a separate document.

With the right solutionThe client, the coordinator and the technician see the steps that concern them.

    Step 1 of 3

The client identifies the equipment and describes the problem. The coordinator assigns a technician.

And when the situation isn't standard?

A rejected estimate, unavailable parts and a cancelled request have their own states. Each client sees only their own data.

    Before a decision

    Good questions.
    A better-defined project.

Guides to compare options, prepare the information and understand what affects implementation.

    Questions before the project

    Details worth
    clarifying.

Do you only build web applications?

The offer includes software development, back ends, APIs, internal tools and digital products. We choose the right platform — web, mobile or desktop — based on the requirements and how it will be used.

Can you work on an existing system?

Yes, we start by assessing the code, documentation and integrations. Then we define what can be extended and what would need modernising.

How do we set the budget and the timeline?

We start from flows, roles, data and integrations. We define the first version and the acceptance criteria before estimating.

When is custom software worth it instead of an existing application?

When important rules, roles or integrations can't reasonably be covered by configuring an existing product. We compare the total cost: implementation, licences, migration, operation and future changes. If a configurable product solves the problem well, we include it among the options.

Who owns the code, and how is maintenance handled?

Rights to the code, component licences, access to infrastructure and deliverables are set out explicitly in the contract. That's also where we define the warranty for the agreed implementation, maintenance, further development and responsibility for third-party services.

    Let's discuss your case

    Where do
    we start?

Describe who will use the application and one task they need to complete. If you already have a system, we start from what works and from its bottlenecks.

    How can we help?
