Superior Solutions / Chatbots & virtual assistants

    Questions are different.
The assistant adapts to your business.

A conversational assistant can explain your offer, clarify a request and help people find the right information. We can connect it to your company's data and to the team that handles special cases.

    3 components to explore together

This is a starting point. We can add other components, integrations and specific rules.

    In short

Superior Solutions builds chatbots and virtual assistants for companies in Romania, on the website, WhatsApp, Messenger or internally: they answer from company information, take requests and bookings, carry out permitted actions and hand the team the conversations that need a person, with the full context. We define the sources and conversations, and evaluate the assistant on representative questions before launch.

    Who it's for
Companies that get the same questions every day, lose requests outside business hours or want the team to find internal information quickly.
    What's included

    How we start
We start with one channel and a set of frequent questions. We check quality before expanding.

    First, in plain words

    What we can do
    in your business.

A conversational assistant can explain your offer, clarify a request and help people find the right information. We can connect it to your company's data and to the team that handles special cases.

    Knowledge base

The approved documents and information the assistant builds its answers from.

    Handover to the team

A colleague takes over the conversation and sees what was discussed, without the person repeating everything.

How we look at the project

A chatbot's quality isn't measured by how fluently it talks. What matters is whether the answer is correct, the information is up to date and a difficult conversation reaches a person with all the context needed.

01 / Applications in your business

    Do these situations sound familiar?
    See what we can change.

The examples below show how we think about a solution. We can combine several directions or build a different process, with your business rules, exceptions and integrations.

How we can help / Pre- and after-sales support

    From today's situation,
    towards a better process.

We organise the sources and build an assistant that looks up the relevant information, asks for missing details and answers within the limits of the offer. We separate public information from data that requires identifying the client.

    Implementation details

Looking up an order requires integration and an access check. If the source doesn't give the answer, the assistant explains what's missing and prepares the handover to the team.

    What changes for you

We evaluate real resolution, wrong answers and abandoned conversations. A client sent round in circles is not a resolved conversation.

    Let's talk about your situation

Different situation or a more complex process? We can combine these directions and build around your business rules.

    02 / The project decision

    The right solution starts
    with choosing the approach.

    01

    Guided conversation

    When it makes sense

A clear path: a request, a service selection or a booking.

    What we take into account

Good control over data; covers open questions less well.

    02

    Document-based assistant

    When it makes sense

The answers exist but are hard to find.

    What we take into account

Flexibility; quality depends on the sources, how up to date they are and evaluation.

    03

    Assistant connected to systems

    When it makes sense

The client looks up their own data or starts an action.

    What we take into account

Operational usefulness; requires authentication, permissions and error handling.

03 / From demo to daily use

    What we check
    before delivery.

    01

    Real questions, not just demos

We evaluate common, ambiguous and off-topic questions.

    02

    Human pick-up with context

We check that the history and data reach the right owner.

    03

    Changed or unavailable sources

We test updating the information and how it behaves when the answer is missing.

    The investment

    What drives the budget.
    How we assess the value.

We compare the time spent on repetitive questions with the volume answered correctly. A high automation rate doesn't help if users go back to the phone with the same problem.

    • Channels and platform conditions
    • Structure and upkeep of the sources
    • Integrations and identifying the client
    • Volume and ongoing evaluation

Deliverables to define in the proposal

    • Defined information sources and conversations
    • Implementation on the agreed channel
    • Handover to the team with context
    • Evaluation on representative questions

    To prepare together

    • Up-to-date offer and information
    • The channel you want to start with
    • Someone responsible for escalations

    04 / Follow the steps

    Look closer at the mechanism.
    Explore an illustrative scenario.

These sequences deliberately simplify part of the process. In your project we can include more systems, branches, approval levels and exceptions. The examples are not packages or the limit of the service.

    Illustrative scenario

An evening question becomes a clear request.

TodayA visitor asks “Do you have courses for beginners?” and waits until the next day.

With the right solutionThey learn the relevant options, and the team gets a request with context.

    Step 1 of 3

The assistant asks about level, format and preferred period.

    VisitorEXAMPLE / 01

I'd like a course for beginners.

    Assistant
Do you prefer online or in person?
    Visitor
    Online, in the evening.

And when the situation isn't standard?

If places can't be checked, the assistant asks the team to confirm. It doesn't confirm an enrolment based on an assumption.

    Before a decision

    Good questions.
    A better-defined project.

Guides to compare options, prepare the information and understand what affects implementation.

    Questions before the project

    Details worth
    clarifying.

    Can it handle bookings too?

Yes, if the booking system allows integration. We define how it checks availability, how it confirms and what it does when the integration doesn't respond.

What does it do when it doesn't know?

We configure it to flag the missing information and hand over the request. We test this behaviour; an AI system needs evaluation and monitoring, not promises of infallibility.

    Chatbot or AI agent?

The chatbot is the conversational interface and can have actions. An agent handles a task with variable steps. Both can be part of the same solution.

How much does an AI chatbot cost for a business?

The budget depends on the channels, documents, languages, authentication and connected actions. An assistant that explains services is different from one that consults contracts or changes bookings. The estimate separates implementation from the recurring costs of models, hosting, channels and monitoring.

Can it answer in Romanian using the company's documents?

Yes, we can build an assistant with approved sources in Romanian (and in English or other languages). We prepare the documents, access rules and sample questions. We test phrasings with and without Romanian diacritics, internal terms, missing information and answers that must be handed to a colleague.

    Let's discuss your case

    Where do
    we start?

Show us the frequent questions, the sources of the answers and the situations a colleague needs to take over. We'll determine where the assistant can be useful and what needs to be prepared.

    Or send us the details
    How can we help?
